I am a recovering progressive hack. By this I mean, I have survived martyred candidates and causes equally. However I am jaded at the same community I am proud member of. We progressives are not pragmatic! I am tired of the many meetings that results in bickering amongst ourselves about strategies and tactics that only we, ourselves, care about. It is beyond time to get out of our bubble, be real, and embrace the fact that we are not the majority. We must embrace pragmatic progressivism. I am a campaign hack. I quantify opportunities and execute strategies based on such. Progressive pragmatism wins!
